The kops recently searched my family and I with a drug dog in Tyler, Texas. A Big Sandy kop recently tried picking a fight with me in a convenience store. The significance of a narcotics officer selling evidence to aid Americans in smuggling marijuana is one issue. The second issue is it’s direct relation to the KopBuster’s raid designed to expose korruption in the Yolanda Madden case. The Odessa American reported: “Judge McCoy and Chief Burton defended the narcotics investigators' raid, even after knowing all that transpired. Burton also defended the fact that it was done solely on information given in an anonymous tip and two surveillance drive-bys done by his officers.” Everybody know it takes more than an anonymous tip and two drive by glances of a house to conduct a raid. I believe during one of the “drive-bys,” a kop was holding Richard’s FLIR camera (or another one like it) and took heat imaging footage of the hot air KopBusters was pumping out of the window near the front door similar to the house pumping the heat in the FLIR footage on the Youtube clip. The kops could not include the use of the illegal FLIR camera in the affidavit so they lied in the affidavit to obtain the warrant. I´m not going to use this space to explain the argument about the right of someone to decide for himself what to do with his own body and how despicable this thing called by some "the war on drugs" is. The necessity for us to grant freedom to others so that we can have it for ourselves is self evident. The problem with Yolanda´s case is that it was all a lie. The drugs they found on her were planted by a police informant. How do I know this? It´s a matter of public record. The informant testified as such in court. Both the informant and Yolanda passed many tests to prove her innocence. Even that didn´t matter to the corrupt system. She was still found guilty and sentenced. She has already lost years of her life sitting in prison when she could have been contributing to society in a positive way. The police lied. They lied about many things. There is video tape of the bust that they said didn´t exist. They lied when they said they didn´t have evidence planted. They lied when they claimed she broke down and cried at the traffic stop and allowed them to search her vehicle. They continue to lie. The injustice that their lies bring is immeasurable. The harm they continue to do not only to the people that were wronged, but to the reputation of the American justice system is massive. To those who say "the law is the law," I say "wrong is wrong." What the police did was wrong. The law is secondary. When we spot injustice, we should all demand that it stop and that those wronged are made right again. Remember, if something like this can happen to someone like Yolanda, it can happen to your son or daughter or even to you. My family can be matched against any family in America and they will not be found wanting. I have also been the guest speaker at many lawyer gatherings, Universities and political venues featuring other spokespersons such as Congressman Ron Paul. I also ran for Congress in this last election and received over 9000 votes in District 31. I tattooed the name “Candi” on my ring finger and on my chest over my heart. I have another tattoo prominently displayed on my arm that reads “Free Our Prisoner, Never Get Busted” and I recently tattooed the words “KopBusters” on my forearms. I am ultra committed to my family and the cause of freedom and I take my work very seriously. I don’t lie unless it’s to kops. In the last two years, I have been investigated by nearly every media source imaginable…FOX, CNN, ABC, NBC, national magazines, private investigators and the feds. The common denominator has always been “Barry is an open book” and “lies have never been discovered in his camp.” I’ll gladly submit to any polygraph examinations as long as the kops are polygraphed as well. (It’s not fair for citizens to pass a polygraph and then not require the kops to take one like in the Yolanda Madden case.) Now that I’ve explained who I am, I must take this time and explain who I use to be. I use to work in your town. I chased gang members through your streets. I made record drug seizures on your highways. I worked side by side with Joe Commander as we tormented citizens with illegal raids and informant plants. Your offices trained me how to circumvent constitutional law and not get caught. Your judges rubber-stamped our warrants and your prosecutors covered our illegal behavior. We constantly doctored videos and reports. We continually lied on affidavits claiming informants observed contraband when they didn’t. We terrorized Ector County men, women and children in over 100 home invasions. We took cars, jewelry, cash, guns and houses from the citizens of Odessa to line our own pockets. We were korrupt kops. It was the citizens of Odessa who allowed us to behave like a band of wild, mafia, narco kops similar to the behavior of the Mexican police. You rewarded our efforts by adorning us with awards and telling our stories in the media and you even gave us pay raises. Worst of all, when I was in my early twenties, being green and naďve about life, you invited me to your schools to teach your children to always give the police consent to search and to always trust the police even if it meant snitching on the parents. As you enabled me to violate your civil rights, I never believed I was a korrupt kop. I believed I was doing the right thing because of my teaching. I believed all the korruption was for the “greater good” because my parents taught me all drug users were evil people and deserved to be locked up. The schools, the churches and the police reinforced the same teachings so I grew up with the sense that I was better than others because I didn’t use drugs…all the while I poured the drug, alcohol, down my throat. I quit law enforcement because of all the craziness and soon found myself targeted by law enforcement. Within 1 year I had been arrested 3 times and raided once in a civil matter. One arrest was for not returning two videos on time to a video store. In another case, I had to urinate once a week for three months during “pre-trial probation” after I was picked up on a Terroristic Threat warrant because a bitche lied to the kops regarding an argument in a bar and the kops failed to investigate the other side. The kops recently searched my family and I with a drug dog in Tyler, Texas. A Big Sandy kop recently tried picking a fight with me in a convenience store. The kop’s friend later made Candi and I believe he was going to shoot us. From time to time we get threatening emails from the police. I posted some of those in this thread. As you can see, I’ve had the rare opportunity of being a korrupt kop and then getting a taste of my own medicine as a citizen. When I realized the korruption was not for the “better good” and it caused irreparable damage to good families, I repented and began my metamorphosis into what I am today...a patriotic American who is fighting for our freedoms. During the metamorphosis, I researched everything I could regarding kop korruption, government korruption and the failed drug war. During the research, I learned one of my longtime heroes, Ronald Reagan, was involved in smuggling cocaine during the crack wars and funneling the money to assist the Contras in South America. Of course he is no longer my hero after I learned I had arrested citizens who had “Ronald Reagan” crack cocaine in their pockets. Through my life experiences, I learned freedom should be the number one priority of all American citizens including the police. I learned any person who gives up their freedoms for security deserves neither. I learned my family was not truly safe in America until we restored the constitutional rights of all persons. I learned that if one American was illegally being held in a cage, we all are. I learned the constitution basically says, “back off government and let us run our own show and don’t bother us unless we harm another.“ I learned my father and grandfather voted their checkbooks and paid no attention to the personal freedoms they traded for economic security. I learned the “Oz” behind the loud American voice was actually a bunch of bald-headed little liars called police, judges, prosecutors and politicians. After rearranging my principles and placing freedom at the top of the list, Candi and I noticed a way we could expose the Oz’s of this land. We brought this expose to your town in the form of KopBusters. If the KopBusters operation, the Yolanda evidence posted on our site and my narrative does not convince the citizens of the korruption in their government, the following evidence will. I was saving this evidence (and a lot more) for the film but now is a good time to release some of the details. The current Narcotics Investigator for the Ector County District Attorney is Joe Commander. The current Narcotics Investigator for the Yoakum County District Attorney is Richard Dickson. These two men were my close partners at the Permian Basin Drug Task Force and we were seen as the “three amigos” of our task force. I paid him $1000 for the footage. Richard Dickson knew I was using the footage in my second film to aid marijuana growers because he had previously sold me footage of his drug dog false alerting to use in my first film titled, “NeverGetBusted: Traffic Stops.” He triggered a local K-9 to false alert during a K-9 training session in Ector County and sold the footage to me for $1300. You can see it here: http://www.nevergetbusted.com/node/50 So yes, one of West Texas’ drug kops, closely connected to the Odessa drug kops, secretly sold me evidence to use in my films that teach Americans how to not get busted for drugs. Richard Dickson can be quoted in various newspaper articles saying he was disgusted with my efforts and accused me of switching sides and producing the films “because of the money.” The entire time he was assaulting my integrity regarding the money my films made, he was spending the $2300 I traded him for the illegal footage. Make a call to Richard Dickson who will not deny these allegations because a prominent media personality witnessed the transaction between Richard and I. I also have paid check copies to prove I paid him. If he tries to deny this, I will post the checks and bring in the media personality to confirm he did it. The significance of a narcotics officer selling evidence to aid Americans in smuggling marijuana is one issue. The second issue is it’s direct relation to the KopBuster’s raid designed to expose korruption in the Yolanda Madden case. The Odessa American reported: “Judge McCoy and Chief Burton defended the narcotics investigators' raid, even after knowing all that transpired. Burton also defended the fact that it was done solely on information given in an anonymous tip and two surveillance drive-bys done by his officers.” Everybody know it takes more than an anonymous tip and two drive by glances of a house to conduct a raid. I believe during one of the “drive-bys,” a kop was holding Richard’s FLIR camera (or another one like it) and took heat imaging footage of the hot air KopBusters was pumping out of the window near the front door similar to the house pumping the heat in the FLIR footage on the Youtube clip. The kops could not include the use of the illegal FLIR camera in the affidavit so they lied in the affidavit to obtain the warrant. More embarrassing, Judge McCoy signed the warrant after reading the affidavit that lacked probable cause. A suspicious poster on the OA blogs, mikelmassey, constantly belittles KopBusters and sides with the police. We pegged him as a kop but later learned through an ISF (Imaging Science Foundation) trained dealer search that this guy sells FLIR cameras. Mike L. The kops are getting kop supporters to post on the blogs because they realize all three OA polls show the citizens hatred for the Odessa korruption. Now is the time for the citizens of Ector County to demand a citizen’s review of this matter in the form of a citizen’s review board and to make a plea to the FBI and the Texas Rangers. All officers involved in the raid and Yolanda’s case should be polygraphed. I already announced I would submit to one. Lying kops tremble at the thought of a polygraph…truth tellers do not.
